Macomb Lions Club papers, 1963-2000.

Records of the Macomb Lions Club, a men's community service organization founded in 1963 and dedicated primarily to sight and hearing projects such as collecting used eyeglasses for the needy, transporting eye tissue for transplants, and providing free hearing screenings. Other service projects include maintenance of the Macomb Park District Lion's Playground. The collection includes the Club's history, constitution and by-laws; presidents' reports; minutes of meetings; correspondence; financial records; membership rosters; fundraising and community service materials; materials from conventions; newspaper clippings; awards and certificates; and the newsletter "The Lion's Tale."
